During packaging and delivery, it is common for a wedding dress to get a little wrinkled. As soon as you get your dress, we recommend you to put it on a padded hanger right away. You may find that many of the folds will come right out, but the gown will probably need to be steamed a little.
Our dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, and height). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on custom dresses. Therefore, we strongly recommend you look at our "Fitting Guide" to obtain the most accurate measurement. However, if the dress you received has a major fault or not as described, please contact us. We will work out the best solution for you.
