  • Do you have off-the-shelf dresses available?
    Yes, we do have sample dresses available off-the-shelf but with limited sizes and designs. If you're interested, please get in touch with us, providing your size and preferred design. We'll check our current inventory and let you know what options are available for you.
  • How long does it take to receive my dress?
    A custom dress requires approx. 5 months. If you require a wedding dress urgently, please feel free to get in touch with us as we have a number of sample dresses that are off-the-shelf for your purchase.
  • Can I try on the dresses?
    Due to safety and privacy reason, our home studio is no longer open to the public. If you are referred by our past customer, please get in touch with us.
  • Will I need alterations?
    From 2024, we provide one complimentary fitting session for all custom orders. During this session, our experienced team will assist you in making adjustments to the size of the dress, ensuring a perfect fit tailored to your preferences. However, please note that this service is specifically for size adjustments and does not cover changes to the original design of the dress, which may incur additional charges.
  • Can I custom made my dress design?
    Yes! You are welcome to send us a picture of your dream dress, or a combination of multiple dresses. We will provide a quote with recommended selection on fabrics, patterns, decorations, etc. You can also adjust these elements based on your budget. For more information please check out Custom Made.
  • What if I'm not happy with the dress?
    Throughout the dressmaking process, we keep you involved with constant updates, including progress photos or videos, from fabric selection to lace arrangement. We value your feedback at each step to ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, we offer one complimentary fitting session to address any sizing concerns and make necessary adjustments, ensuring your custom-made dress fits you perfectly. However, once the dress is complete, it is tailored specifically to your measurements, making it unique to you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom dresses. In the rare event of a major quality fault or if the dress doesn't match the described specifications, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. We are dedicated to finding the best solution for you.
  • Are the images real?
    Each image on our website is taken using the actual gown. Our photos are 100% original and true with exclusive copyright only at Joy's Bridal Collection. We guarantee you will receive the exactly same product as shown in the picture. In some cases, due to the different sizings and handcraft sewing techniques, there will be slight variance such as lace pattern's position.
  • What if I change my mind?
    You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the purchase and get a full refund. However, once the production has started, you may not cancel the order.
  • What are the payment terms for your dresses?
    For off-the-shelf items, we require full payment at the time of purchase. For custom orders, we operate on a 50% upfront payment policy. Once your custom order is complete and you're ready to pick up your dress, the remaining 50% of the payment is due.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Alipay and manual bank transfer.
