Once your dress details are confirmed, you may place an order using this page. Please remember to adjust the quantity so that the price matches the quote.

During packaging and delivery, it is common for a wedding dress to get a little wrinkled. As soon as you get your dress, we recommend you to put it on a padded hanger right away. You may find that many of the folds will come right out, while some gowns will need to be steamed a little.
Our dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, and height). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on custom dresses. Therefore, we strongly recommend you look at our "Fitting Guide" to obtain the most accurate measurement. We do not cover alterations outside of the original order request. Personal circumstances such as weight gain, weight loss, change of mind...etc, would not be accepted as a valid reason for returns, exchanges, or alterations. However, if the dress you received has major fault or not as described, please contact our customer service with your invoice number, photos and a detailed description within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work out the best solution for you.
